05 - Lay tortillas flat. Spread a spoonful of Caesar dressing down the center of each. Top with chopped romaine, sliced chicken, shaved Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
06 - Drizzle with additional dressing as desired. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything you love about a Caesar salad wrapped up in handheld form
  • Comes together in under 30 minutes with minimal cleanup
02 -
  • Letting the chicken rest before slicing prevents all those delicious juices from running onto your cutting board
  • Overfilling the wraps makes them messy to eat, so resist the urge to add too much of each ingredient
03 -
  • Warm your tortillas for 10 seconds in the microwave to prevent cracking when you roll them
  • Use a vegetable peeler to create those restaurant style Parmesan shaves instead of buying pre-shaved cheese
